So, I see it's been about 11 months since my last journal entry. Lazy, much? I've been reading a lot of Death Note fanfic lately (Mello-centric, of course). There's a pair of ladies and who write awesome novel-length fics, and basically this entry is really a note to myself about a review written for their first story, Redeemer. They're currently working on the sequel, To B or Not To B. If you love Death Note, go read the review, then the stories. (yaoi warning!!! If you're not into it, don't bother.)

To celebrate, I've uploaded my next piece of art, the second piece from the Black phase of my Paintings. And how is this a treat, you ask? I imagine it's not, sorry!

. . . for which I apologize! This is why my gallery has been empty for so long. As an artist, I make a good accountant, or something. I've got several bits of "art" I did in MS Paint, that I decided to save because hey, I like them. Of course, they look like someone's toddler got at the computer and made a mess. Oh, well . . .

I definitely went through phases while playing around with the program, so, for your enjoyment (or horror), I have posted my first picture, the only survivor of the Swirl phase, and the first surviving picture of the Black phase. Unfortunately, I'll be posting more in the future.

I've gotten up to six pages of favourites already, so I wanted to start sub-dividing them. I had 135 in the list, and decided to actually do the work of making collections out of them when I got 135 pageviews (no particular reason why!). I had 137 pageviews when I checked today, and now every one of my favourites is sitting in a collection folder. Thank you to everyone who has visited. There's nothing in my gallery at the moment, but I hope everyone has enjoyed looking over my favourites.
